After completing the Macy’s executive training program, Liz Hinden, began her career in the buying department for designer fragrances and cosmetics in Macy’s New York division. She later joined the fine fragance sales promotion division of L’Oreal USA where she was involved in launching leading prestige fragrances, a proven asset in her current position.
At Ruth C. Schwartz & Co., Ms. Hinden is in charge of operations and development and is continually involved with client relations. She is recognized for her hands-on approach and attention to detail. Her warmth and good nature are in perfect balance with her energy and enthusiasm. Liz instills her high standards, expectations and passion for her work into the life of the company. She is truly its dynamic force.
In 1986, Ruth C. Schwartz established the press relations and event management company that bears her name. Mrs. Schwartz's early experience as a marketing representative for some of the nation’s leading corporations preceded her subsequent position as director of public relations at Bloomingdale’s. Prior to founding Ruth C. Schwartz & Co., she served as vice president of public relations and special events for the parent, R.H. Macy & Co., and Macy’s New York division.
